INITIAL RESOLUTION FOR SAHITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT HO. 93-03SAN
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota, as folloMe:
1. This Board deems it necessary to improve by installing a
sanitary seMer referred to in a Proposed Resolution of Neceseity for
Sanitary Serer Improvement Ho. 93-03SAN on file Mith the City Finance
Officer, and to provide for payment of the cost of such seMer
improvement by levying assesements against the property to be
benefited thereby according to benefite, rhich property is aleo
described in eaid proposed resolution.
2. Thie Board Mill meet in the Commiseion Chambers, City Hall,
Brookinge, South Dakota, on Tuesday, the 6th day of April, 1993, at
2:00 o'clock P. M. for the purpose of considering any ob�ections to
such propoaed resolution. The City F'inance Officer is directed to
give notice of the resolution to be published once, tMo Meeks prior to
said meeting, in the official nerspaper of the City Mith an appended
notice stating the place and time of ineeting.
