VACATIOH OF AH EASEMEHT IH BLOCK 1, YELLOWSTONE ADDITION
BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Brookings, South Dakota:
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings has been granted certain utility
easements in Block 1, Yelloretone Addition to the City of Brookings by
virtue of a Final Plat entitled Plat of Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8,
9, 10, 11 and 12 of Block 1 of YelloMstone Addition to the City of
Brookings, South Dakota and filed in Plat Book 17, Page 34 and,
WHEREAS, Ronold Tesch and Dean Krogman, oMnere of the ad�oining
property have petitioned the City of Brookings to vacate s certain
easement previously granted,
HOW, THEREF'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the governing body of the City
of Brookings that the present easement along the east property line of
Lot 1, Block 1, YelloMstone Addition be vacated.
FURTHERMORE, that a copy of this resolution be filed with the
Brookings County Register of Deede and that said Regiater of Deeds be
requested to mark upon the above referenced plat in Plat Book 17, Page
34, the vacating of eaid easement and note reference to the proper
miecellaneous record.
