FOR SANITARY SEWER ASSESSMENT PROJECT 93-03SAN
BE IT RESOLVED By the Board of Commiseionera of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota, as folloas:
The Board of Commissionere of the City hereby declarea the
necessity of installing a sanitary BeWer system from the exieting
eeWer manhole at 32nd Avenue 500 feet north of US HighMay 14 north to
30th Avenue �ust north of the US Highaay 14 By-Pass. This eystem
shall consiet of force main, seNer lift station, seaer mains and serer
eervices to serve the six commercial enterprisea in the AG-PLAZA area.
1. The general nature of the improvement is above set forth and
reference for details is hereby made to the draringe and
specifications prepared by the Brookinge Municipal Utilities'
Engineers and on file With the City Finance Officer.
2. The material to be used ie pre-cast concrete manholes and plaatic
sewer pipe for collector mains, the force main and seMer
aervices.
3. The improvement is substentislly uniform. The eetimated cost ia
590, 000.
The estimated cost per each of the aix (6) eerved lota ie
515, 000.
4. A description of the blocks end lota to be assesaed is se

Lot 2 except the W30' thereof of the NE 1/4 Sec 19-T110N-R49W
Block 2 Freeland Addition
Block 3 Freeland Addition
Hlock 5 and 6 Thelen's Addition
Block 3 Thelen's Addition
Block 1 Thelen'e Addition
5. The method of apportionment of benefita is ae folloMe:
The cost thereof to be assessed against all asseseable lots
and tracts of land according to the benefits determined by
the governing body to accrue to all such lots and tracta
from the construction of the improvement. The governing
� body has determined the benefits to eccrue equally to the
eerved lota end will divide the asseeement equally thereto.
6. The above described improvement shall be hereinafter referred to
as Sanitary Sewer Assessment Pro�ect Ho. 93-03SAH, Mhich ehall be
deemed a description of the inetallation of the sanitary seMer
syatem as hereinebove aet forth.
