WHEREAS, the City of Brookings ie a provider of sircraft fuel and
oil services at the Municipal Airport, and
WHEREAS, the City is required to meet the minimum requirements
for sirport seronautical services as pertains to aircraft fuel and oil
services as set forth in Section IV, Subsection E of Airport Policies,
and
WHEREAS, EGEBERG AERIAL SPRAYING, INC. , is also providing fuel
and oil servicee at the Municipal Airport,
BE IT RESOLVED that the Airport Board be urged to enforce the
minimum standards for seronautical eervices as pertains to fuel and
oil servicee against all providers of aeid aervices and to provide
adequate documentation to the City Commiasion verifying such
complisnce Mithin fifteen ( 15) days of this action.
Passed and approved this 6th day of April, 1993.
