WHEREAS, the City of Brookings desire� to annex the folloMing
described property, to-ait:
Blocke 1, 2, 3 and 4 of the Airport Third Addition including
contiguous Right-of-Way of the Dakota, Minnesota end Eastern
Railroad in the S1/2 of the SW1/4 of Section 22-T110H-R50W.
WHEREAS, the aforesaid land is contiguous to the present
bounderiee of the City of Brookinga, and
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings has received a Petition for
Annexation of Territory signed by the oMners of greater than
three-fourtha (3/4) of the value of the aforesaid property and there
being no legal voters residing in said territory,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Brookings, South
Dakota, that the property described above is hereby annexed to the
City of Brookings.
Passed and approved this 13th day of April, 1993.
