AUTHORIZIHG THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE TRANSFER AGREEMEHT FOR
INSTRUMENT LAHDING SYSTEM
BE IT RESOLVED by the City commission of the City of Brookings,
to hereby authorize the Mayor to sign the Transfer Agreement for the
Instrument Landing System on Runaay 12/30, for the Brookings Municipal
Airport. Thia document transfers ownership and maintenance
responsibility for the ILS from the City of Brookings to the Federal
Aviation Administration.
Pesaed and approved thie 20th day of April, 1993.
