This Board deems it necessary to improve by paving Mith a bituminous pearing surface on an asphalt stabilized base course and otherMise improving the streets and public Mays referred to in a Proposed Resolution of Necessity for Street Improvement Ho. 93-02STA on file Mith the City Finance Officer, and to provide assessmente against the property to be benefited thereby according to benefits, Mhich property is also deecribed in said proposed resolution. 2. This Board Mill meet in the Commission Chambers, City Hall, Brookings, South Dakota, on Tuesday, the ilth day of Kay, 1993, at 2:00 o'clock P. M. for the purpose of considering any ob�ections to such proposed resolution. The City F'inance Officer ie directed to give notice of the resolution to be published once, tMo Meeks prior to said meeting, in the officisl neaspaper of the City rith an appended notice stating the place and time of ineeting.
