DECLARIHG SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings is the oMner of the folloMing
described property:
1 - 1979 Dodge Mini-pumper S�rial #W41CT95170031
WHEREAS, thie property is no longer neceeeary or uaeful for City
purpoees, and it ia the desire of the City of Brookings to eell same
es surplus property;
HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLYED by the governing body of the City
of Brookings, South Dakota, that this property be declared surplue
property according to SDCL Chapter 6-13.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the folloMing named persone are
hereby appointed as apprieers of the hereinbefore described property,
said persons being freeholdera rithin the Municipality to wit:
David Bozied
Bob Heitkamp
Ron Dobesh
Passed and approved this 20th day of April, 1993.
