AGREEMENTS WITH THE SDDOT FOR STATE AID CONSTRUCTIOH PROJECT HUMBER

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Brookings,
to hereby authorize the Mayor to sign the Maintenance and Encroachment
Agreement for State Aid Construction Project P3301 (2) in Brookings,
South Dakota. This pro�ect is the overlay of Medary Avenue from Sixth
Street to Fifth Street South.
Passed and approved this 27th day of April, 1993.
