RESOLUTION H0. 41-93
A RESOLUTIOH APPORTIOHING AHD ASSIGHIHG SPECIAL DUTIES FOR THE MAYOR
AND CITY COMMISSIONERS:
BE IT RESOLVED By the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Brookings:
That Samuel Artz, in addition to the duties provided by laM as
Public Works Commissioner, shall have under hia epecial charge and
supervision, Ex-officio member of the Perk and Recreation Board,
Ex-officio member of the Hospital Board and all matters pertaining
thereto.
That Mike Oster, in addition to the duties provided by law ae
Public Safety Commissioner, shall have under his special charge and
supervision the City Emergency and Disester Services, Ex-officio
member of the Traffic Safety Committee, City Planning Commission,
liaison to the Board of Ad�ustment and all matters pertaining thereto.
That Betty Prunty, in addition to the duties provided by lav as
Finance and Revenue Commissioner, shall have under her special charge
and supervision, liaison to the Library Board, Joint Municipal-County
Housing and Redevelopment Commission, Ex-officio member of the City
Airport Board and all mattera pertaining thereto.
That Debbie Pederson, in addition to the duties provided by laM
ae Utilities Commissioner, shall have under her apecial charge and
supervision the City Engineering Department, Health Department, Solid
Waste Department, Sanitary Landfill, liaison to the Board of Health,
Solid Waste Committee and Utility Board and all matters pertaining
thereto.
That Mayor Wayne Hauschild, in addition to the duties provided by
law shall have under his special charge and eupervision the Municipal
Liquor Store, Ex-officio member of the Economic Development Center
Board and the Senior Citizen Center Nutrition Site Council as a voting
member, liaison to the Mayor's Advisory Committee for People Mith
Disabilities, Historic Preservation Commission, Cable TV Reviep Board,
member of the Health Insurance Committee, lisison to the Human Rights
Committee and all matters pertaining thereto.
Passed and approved this 25th day of May, 1993.
