BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Mary H. Parsley, orrner of the hereinafter described real
property, has submitted to the governing board a proposed plat of the
follovring described real estate eituated in the State of South Dakota
to wit: Plat of Lots 7A, 14A and 15A of Pareley Way Addition, located
in the H1/2 of the SE1/4 of Section 10, T109N, R50W of the Sth P. M. ,
Brookings County, South Dakota, asseBements, if any, upon esid plat
and survey, have been executed according to laa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plat and survey by and
