BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKIHGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Andrew Halverson, President of Halverson Star
Properties, oWner of the hereinafter described resl property, has
submitted to the governing board a proposed plat of the folloMing
described real estate situated in the City of Brookings, County of
Brookings in the state of South Dakota to wit: Plat of Lots 1-5,
Block 1 of the Fairgrounds Addition, in the City of Brookings, County
of Brookings, South Dakota, and the Board of City Commissioners of
said City having examined the proposed plat and it appearing that all
' municipal taxes and special assessmente, if any, upon said plat and
survey, have been executed according to law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plat and survey be and
are hereby in all things accepted and approved.
Passed and approved this 8th day of June, 1993.
