DECLARING SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings is the oaner of the folloring
described property:
1 Two-story house 1 Double Gerage
1 Barn 1 Small loafing bard
1 Drive-thru granary 1 Granary/machine shed
1 Chicken house
Located on: The Aamot Addition located in the E1/2 of Section 8
of Aurora ToWnship T110, R49 of Brookings County t ner landfill>.
WHEREAS, this property is no longer necessary or uaeful for City
purpose, and it is the desire of the City of Brookings to sell eame se
surplus property;
HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the governing body of the City
of Brookings, South Dakote, that this property be declared surplus
property as of December 31, 1993, according to SDCL Chapter 6-13.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following named persons are
hereby appointed as appraisers of the hereinbefore described property,
said persons being freeholders Nithin the Municipality to rit:
Hicki Brooka
Jim Peterson
Deb Pedersen
Passed and approved this 6th day of July, 1993.
