BE IT RESOLVED by the City Commission of the City of Brookings,
to hereby suthorize the Mayor to sign the agreement setting procedures
for right-of-May acquisition for the Bike Trail Enhancement Pro�ect
P OEHH ( 10) in Brookings, South Dakota.
