WHEREAS, the Brookings Summer FeStival Mill be held in Pioneer
Park on July 9, 10 and ll, 1993, and
WHEREAS, the Summer F'estival Committee has invited certain
artists and concessionaires to participate and desire to limit
participation to those invited, and
WHEREAS, the Summer Festival Committee has provided evidence of
Liability Ineurance Coverage including the City of Brookinge ae named
insured,
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the City Commission designates to the
Summer Festival Committee the responsibility of controlling access to
and use of Pioneer Park on the above mentioned dates.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that violation of rules eetablished by
said committee shall conetitute a violation of Sec 28-5 of Municipal
Ordinance.
