APPROVIHG THE DESIGHATIOH OF RESPOHSIBLE IHDIVIDUAL FOR AMERICAHS
WITH DISABILITIES ACT
The City of Brookings has designated Shari Dunn, Adminietrative
Assistant, Box 270, Brookings, South Dakota, 605-692-6281, as the
individual responsible for coordinating all of the total municipality.
The responsibilities of the individuals include:
Conduct and documentation of the Self-Evaluation Plan
Conduct and documentation of the Transition Plant
Handling of all grievances including investigation and
maintenance of records
Publication of notices to the public
Retention of files documenting all efforts toMard compliance
with ADA
Interested parties are invited to contact this representative
with comments and suggestions of City of Brookings efforts of ADA
compliance.
