BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, River Ridge Development Corporation, oaner of the
hereinafter described real property has submitted to the governing
board a proposed plat of the following described real estate situated
in the City of Brookings, County of Brookings in the State of South
Dakota to wit: Plat of Lots 54, 55, 56, 57 and 58 of River Ridge
Addition in the Northvrest one-quarter (HW 1/4) of the Horthrest
one-quarter (HW 1/4) of Section il (Sec. 11 ) Township One Hundred Nine
(T 109 H), Range Fifty West (R 50 W) of the Fifth Principal Meridian,
Brookings County, South Dakota City of Brookings, County of Brookings,
South Dakota and the Board of City Commiesioners of said City having
examined the proposed plat and it appearing that all municipal taxes
and special assessments, if any, upon said plat and survey, have been
executed according to larr. �
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plat and survey be and
are hereby in all things accepted and approved.
