BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Brookinge accepts deeds from the
South Dakota Department of Transportation granting parcele of land
described se follo�s:

Parcel 7: Lot H-1 of 5545' of N1053. 7' of the E467' of the W500'
of SE 1/4 35-110-50
Parcel 8: Lot H-1 of OL 3 SW 1/4 35-110-50
in Brookings County, South Dekota to be used for Street purposes.
