WHEREAS, the Area Development Corporation, opner of the
hereinafter described real property, has submitted to the governing
board an I-iR site plan of the folloaing described real estate
situated in the City of Brookings in the State of South Dakota to rit:
Lot 1, Block 7, Wiese Addition in the City of Brookinge, Brookings
County, South Dakota, and the Board of City Commissionere of esid City
having examined the proposed I-iR eite plan.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that esid I-iR eite plan is hereby
approved.
Passed and approved this 9th day of November, 1993.
