A RESOLUTIOH AUTHORIZING THE CERTIFICATION OF FRANCHISIHG
AUTHORITY TO REGULATE BASIC CABLE SERVICE RATES WITHIN THE CITY OF
BROOKIHGS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the governing body of the City of Srookings,
South Dakota, that the certification of franchising suthority to
regulate basic cable service rates and initial finding of lack of
effective competition be authorized,
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED suthorizing the Mayor and Finance
Officer to execute said documents on behalf of the City of Brookings.
