AUTHORIZIHG A CAFETERIA PLAN PROPOSAL PRESEHTED BY NORWEST
INVESTMENTS � TRUST OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Commission of the
City of Brookings hereby approves the Section 125 Cafeteria Plan
proposed and presented by NorMeSt Investments and Trust of Brookinge,
South Dakota, to become effective January 1, 1994.
Passed and approved this 7th day of December, 1993.
