A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZIHG THE MAYOR TO SIGH AN AGREEMEHT WITH THE
COUNTY OF MINER TO DESIGNATE THE BROOKINGS LANDFILL AS THE REGIOHAL
LAHDFILL
WHEREAS, the Second Century Environmental Pro�ection Act
encourages a regional approach to solid raste management;
THEREFORE, LET IT BE RESOLVED that the Mayor be authorized to
sign an agreement Mith Miner County designating the Brookings Landfill
as the Regional Landfill for all or part of Miner County.
Passed and approved this 30th day of November, 1993.
