BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Brookings, South Dakota, that the
City Commission hereby approves an Operating Liquor Management
Agreement betreen the City of Brookings and Dakota Ram, Inc. , for the
purpose of a liquor manager to operate the on-sale establiehment or
business for and on behalf of the City of Brookings at 327 Main Avenue
aleo knoan as The Ram Pub.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be authorized to execute
the Agreement on behalf of the City, Mhich shall be for a period of
f ive (5) yesrs.
Passed and approved this 7th day of December, 1993.
