BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Hrookings, South Dakota, that the
City Commission hereby approves an Operating Liquor Management
Agreement betNeen the City of Brookings and Ronald Oleon for the
purpose of a liquor manager to operate the on-sale establishment or
business for and on behalf of the City of Brookings at 726 Main Avenue
South also knoMn as The Pheseant Cafe and Lounge.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Hayor be suthorized to execute
the Agreement on behalf of the City, Mhich �hall be for a period of
five (5> years.
