RESOLUTIOH OF INTEHT TO LEASE REAL PROPERTY TO PRIVATE PERSON
BE IT RESOLVED by the governing body of the City of Brookings,
South Dakota, that the City of Brookings intende to enter into a Lease
Mith KARL STERUD for a period of three (3) years, commencing April 7,
1995, and ending December 6, 1998, and pertaining to the folloring
described property:
The deaignated farmland on the Brookinge Municipal Airport, three
hundred acres more or lese in Section 27-T110-R50 in the City of
Brookings, Brookings County, South Dakota.
The Lease Mill be an amount of Nineteen Dollare and Eleven Cente
per acre (�19. 11 ), payable first half on April 1 and remaining half on
November 1 of each year. The Lease mey be reneMed by notification by
Lessee by December 31 for each additional year. hoMever, either party
may give sixty 60> days notice prior to the termination of the Lease
to terminate seid Lease Agreement, and the City of Brookings may
terminate thie Leaee at any time in the event a parcel of thQ above
described property is to be sold by the City of Brookings.
BE IT FURTHER BESOLVED that a Public Hearing on this Resolution
shall be held on December 21, 1993 at 2:00 o'clock P. M. at the City
Commission Chambere and that the City Finance Officer is directed to
publish Notice of said Public Hearing.

NOTICE OF �UBLIC HEARING ON ADOPTI�N OF RESOLUTION OF INTENT
TO LEASE REAL F'RO�'ERTY TO F'RI VATE F'ERSDN
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on December �1, 1993 at 2:00 o' clock
P. M. the Prookings City Commission will hold a public hearing at the
City Commission Chamber^s on the Resolution of Intent of the City of
Prookings to lease to Karl Sterud the following described property:
The designated far�mland on the Br^ookings Municipal Airport, three
hundred acres more or less in Section 27—T110—R5� in the City of
Brookings, Brookings County, South Dakota.
At the time and place affixed for said public hearing, all who
appear will be given an opportunity to express their views for or
again5t the proposal to lease the above described property to KARL
STE RUD.
