AMEHDMEHT N0. 1 TO THE ENGINEERING AGREEMENT FOR
MUNICIPAL AIRPORT PROJECT NO. 3-46-0005-08
Brookings Municipal Airport (Airport Layout Plan)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Brookings, South Dakota, that the
City Commission hereby approves Amendment Ho. 1 rhich authorizes a
decrease of 516, 376. 51 in engineering services to compensate the
Coneulting Engineering Firm (Banner) for vork done in preparation of
the Airport Layout Plan.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be authorized to sign the
Amendment No. 1 on behalf of the City of Brookings.
Thie approval is conditional on the concurrence of FAA end SDDOT.
Passed and approved this 14th day of December, 1993.
