AMENDMENT HO. 1 TO THE ENGIHEERING AGREEMENT FOR
MUHICIPAL AIRPORT PROJECT NO. 3-46-0005-11
Brookings Municipal Airport (High Intensity Runray Lighting System)
BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Brookings, South Dakota, that the
City Commission hereby approves Amendment No. 1 Mhich suthorizes an
increase of 812, 600. 00 in engineering servicee to compensate the
Coneulting Engineering Firm tBanner) for extra rork done in
preparation of the plans for the High Intensity RunMay Lighting
Syetem.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be authorized to sign the
Amendment No. 1 on behalf of the City of Brookinge.
This approval is conditional on the concurrence of FAA and SDDOT.
Passed and approved thia 14th day of December, 1993.
