AUTHORIZING UHCOLLECTIBLE ACCOUHTS TO BE REMOVED
FROM SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL RECORDS
WHEREAS, The Brookings Municipal Landfill has received a total
amount of 94, 812. 00 in uncollectible accounts; and
WHEREAS, these accounts have been considered se uncollectible.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the checks totaling 84, 812. 00
be determined as uncollectible and removed from the records. Such
accounts pill be retained by the Finance Office as inactive for
poesible subsequent collection of that debt.
Passed and approved this 28th day of December, 1993.
