RESOLUTION LEVYIHG ASSESSMEHT FOR
STREET IMPROVEMEHT H0. 94-02STA
(Hammond Ave. , Front Street and Fifth Avenue Sidewalk, Alley betpeen
8th and 9th Avenue from 8th Street to 7th Street)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota, as follows:
1. The Board of Commissioners has made all investigation vrhich
it deems neceseary and has found and determined that the amount Mhich
each lot or tract will be benefited by the construction of the street
improvement heretofore designated as Street Assessment Pro�ect No.
94-02STA is the amount stated in the proposed assessment roll.
2. The assessment roll for Street Aseessment Pro�ect Ho.
94-02STA is hereby approved and the assessments thereby epecified are
levied against each and every lot, piece or parcel of land thereby
described.
3. Such asaessments, unless paid Nithin thirty (30) days after
the filing of the assessment roll in the office of the City Finance
Officer, shall be collected by the City Finance Officer in accordance
with the procedure for Plan One in Sections 9-43-42 to 9-43-51, South
Dakota Compiled Laws of 1967, as amended.
Passed and approved this 27th day of December, 1994.
