AUTHORIZING TO TRADE IH SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings, is the ovner of the folloMing
property:
1 - 1991 Rosco steel face roller tstreet)
1 - 1989 Fiat Allis motor grader FG-85 tstreet)
1 - 1972 Ford truck chassis (park>
1 - Kory brand running gears v/tires (Park)
WHEREAS, the above property is no longer necessary, useful or
auitable for City purposes, and it is the desire of the City of
Brookings to trade in the surplus property;
HOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the governing body of the City
of Brookings, South Dakota, that this property be declared surplus
property to be traded in on replacement items.
Pasaed and approved thie 27th day of December, 1994.
