BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Kathleen and Larry Jorenby, opners of Lot 25, Block 2,
Bane and Poole Addition, 417 Ohio Drive, have submitted to the
governing board an application for a Conditional Use Permit for a home
occupation (appliance repair).
WHEREAS, there are no conditions atipulated as being part of the
Conditional Use Permit application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that seid conditional use Permit
is hereby approved.
Passed and approved thia 13th day of December, 1994.

NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN That said request will be acted on by
the City Planning Commission at 7: 50 PM on Tuesday, DEC. 6. ,
199 4 , in the Commission Chambers in the lower level of City
Hall, Brookings, South Dakota. Any action taken by the City
Planninq Commission is a recommendation to the City Commission.
The City of Brookings is responsive to requests for

will provide alternative formats and accessible locations
consistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act.
