BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Brad Winker, oaner of Lot 14, Block 4, Oyloes Addition,
102 8th Street has submitted to the governing board an application for
a Conditional Use Permit for a boarding house.
WHEREAS, the following conditione have been stipulated as being
part of the Conditional Use Permit application.
1. That the hardsurfaced parking area be 42' x 72' in eize and
be no less than 6 feet from the sidevralk parallel to F'irst Avenue
and no more than S feet from the alley
2. That curbing be placed 6 feet east of the sideaalk parallel
to first Avenue the entire length of the surfaced area
3. That curbing be placed along the north and east eides of the
surfaced area for its entire length
4. That a 4 foot high opaque fence be installed along the entire
east side of the parking area
5. That 8 on-premise parking spaces be provided at all timee
6. That the boardinghouse ehall have no more than 8 persons as
provided in Section 50. 20. 060 of the Zoning Ordinance
7. That all conditione be performed ae shoan on the attached
site plan
8. That all conditions be completed prior to August 1, 1995
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said conditional use Permit
is hereby approved.

Hall, Brookings, South Dakota. Any action taken by the City
Planning Commission is a recommendation to the City Commission.
The City of Brookings is responsive to requests for
