WHEREAS, the City of Brookinga desires to annex the folloWing
deacribed property, to-wit:
the N933. 33', W466. 67', E1650' of the P1E1/4 of Section
34-T110N-R50W
WHEREAS, the aforesaid land is conti�uous to the present
boundariee of the City of Brookings, and
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings has received a Petition for
Annexation of Territory signed by the owners of greater than
three-fourtha (3/4) of the value of the aforesaid property and three
fourths (3/4) of the legal registered voters residing in said
territory,

� NOW, THERERORE. HE IT RESOLVED by the City of Brookings, South
Dakota, that the property described above is hereby annexed to the
City of Brookings.

RESOLUTIOH NO. 122-94
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings is authorized pureuant to South
Dakota Codified Laa 9-4-1 to annex contiguous territory upon receipt
of a vrritten petition, describing said territory sought to be annexed,
signed by not less than three-fourths t3/4) of the legal votere and by
the ovrner or ovrners of not less than three-fourths (3/4) of the value
of said territory, and
WHEREAS, the City of Hrookings desires to annex the folloring
described property, to-Mit:
the H933. 33', W466. 67', E1650' of the NE1/4 of Section
34-T110H-R50W
WHEREAS, the aforesaid land is contiguous to the preaent
boundaries of the City of Brookings, and
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings has received a Petition for
Annexation of Territory signed by the owners of greater than
three-fourths (3/4) of the value of the aforesaid property and three
fourths (3/4) of the legal registered voters residing in said
