RESOLUTION H0. 121-94
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, H and M Land Company, oMner of the hereinafter described
real property, has submitted to the governing board a proposed plat of
the folloaing described real estate eitusted in the City of Brookinge
in the State of South Dakota to rit: Lots 11A and 11B of Lot 49 Sioux
Village, Indian Nills Addition to the City of Brookings, Brookings
County, South Dakota, and the Board of City Commissioners of said City
having examined the proposed plat and it appearing that all municipal
taxes and epecial assessmente, if any, upon said plat and survey, have
been executed according to laM.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plat and aurvey be and
are hereby in all things eccepted and approved.
Pasaed and approved this 13th day of December, 1994.
