BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Brookings, South Dakota, that the
City Commission hereby approves reneWing the operating liquor
management agreement between the City of Brookings and Don Urquhart,
for the purpose of a liquor manager to operate the on-sale
establishment or business for and on behalf of the City of Brookings
at 309 Main Avenue, also knoNn as Jim's Tap.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor be suthorized to execute
the agreement on behalf of the City, Mhich shall be for a period of
five years, and one extension not to exceed five yesrs if such
exteneion is approved by the governing body.
Passed and approved this 13th day of December, 1994.
