RESOLUTIOH FIXING TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARIHG UPOH ASSESSMENT ROLL
FOR STREET ASSESSMEHT PROJECT HO. 94-02STA (HAMMOND AVEHUE, FRONT AHD
FIFTH AVEHUE SIDEWALK, ALLEY BETWEEH 8TH AHD 9TH AVENUE FROM 8TH
STREET TO 7TH STREET)
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Brookings, South Dakota, as follows:
l. The assessment roll for Street Aeaeasment Project Ho.
94-02STA having been filed in the office of the City Finance Officer
on the 6th day of December, 1994, the Board of Commissioners ahall
meet in the Commisaion Chambers, City Hall, in said City on Tuesday,
the 27th day of December, 1994, at 7:30 o'clock PM, the said date
being not less than twenty t20) days from the filing of said
assessment roll for hearing thereon.
2. The City Finance Officer is authorized and directed to
prepare a notice describing, in general terma Street Asaessment
Pro�ect No. 94-02STA, the date of filing the assessment roll, the time
and place of hearing thereon, stating that the assessment roll will be
open for public inapection at the office of the City Finance Officer
and referring to the assessment roll for further particulars.
3. The City Finance Officer is further suthorized and directed
to publiah said notice in the official nerspaper one ( 1 ) week prior to
the date set for hearing and to mail a copy thereof, by firat class
mail addreased to the owner or oNners of any property to be assessed
at hie, her or their last mailing addreas as shown by the records of
the Director of Equalization at least one (1 ) Week prior to the date
set for said hearing.
