GRANTIHG OPTIOH TO PURCHASE LAHD (LOT 1 OF BLOCK 2, RAIHBOW
ADDITIOH)
BE IT RESOLVED that Charles Gregory Foster be given an option to
purchase:
Lot 1 of Block 1, Rainbor Addition in the City of Brookings
as per terms of the signed Option to Purchase dated November 28, 1994.
The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said Option to Purchase.
Pasaed and approved this 6th day of December, 1994.
