SETTING THE UNIT FIHAHCIAL CHARGE FOR 1995 STORM DRAIHAGE FEES
WHEREAS, Chapter 35, Article V, Section 35, 101-(c) of the Revised
Ordinance of the City of Brookings, provides for setting the unit
financial charge for Storm Drainage, by Kesolution.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the unit financial charge
shall be 0. 00014 for Storm Drainage purposes.
Passed and approved this 15th day of November, 1994.
