BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Kathy and Michael McClemans, oMner(e> of Block 1,
McCleman's Addition in the SE1/4 of SEc 35-T110N-R50W has/have
submitted to the governing board an application for a Conditional Uee
Permit for a mobile home park.
WHEREAS, there were no conditions stipulated as being part of the
Conditional Use Permit application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED thet said conditional use Permit
is hereby approved.
Passed and approved this 8th day of November, 1994.
