BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Marci SManson, owner(s) of Lot 4, Block 4, Camelot
Square Addition has/have submitted to the governing board an
application for a Conditional Use Permit for a home occupation (gift
preparation service) .
WHEREAS, there were no conditions stipulated as being part of the
Conditional Use Permit application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said conditional use Permit
is hereby approved.
