STP-URBAH SYSTEM PRIORITY LIST
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings has designated certain streets to
be included in the STP-Urban System of Streets as defined by the
SDDOT; and
WHEREAS, the SDDOT has designated certain funds, Federal and
State to be uaed for construction, reconstruction and ma�or repair of
the STP-Urban System Streets; and
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings has been requested to establish a
priority list of pro�ecta to be considered for funding by the SDDOT;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Brookinga hereby resolves that the
folloring pro�ects be considered in the order listed:
1. Fifth Street South from Medary Avenue South to Elm Avenue
(mill and overlay)
2. Fifth Street South from Main Avenue South to Seventh Avenue
South (mill and overlay)
3. Weatern Avenue from Sixth Street to the DME Railroad
Croasing (mill and overlay)
4. Twenty-second Avenue South from Eleventh Street South to
Twentieth Street South (mill and overlay>
5. Tpenty-second Avenue South from Eleventh Street South to
Thirty-second Street South tstreet lighting)
6. Twelfth Street South from Medary Avenue South to 100' east
of Breckenridge Lane (mill and overlay)
7. Construct four lane street on Twentieth Street South from
Main to Medary
8. Construct four lane street on Twentieth Street South from
Medary to Twenty-Second Avenue
9. Conatruct Medary Avenue South from Fifteenth Street South to
Twentieth Street South
