BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Mark James Foster and Lorna E. Foster, ovnera of the
hereinafter described real property, has submitted to the governing
board a proposed plat of the folloKing described real estate located
near the City of Brookings, in the County of Brookings in the State of
South Dakota to ait: Plat of Lot 24A, Block 1, of the Esther Heights
Addition, a replat of Lots 23, 24 and the S55' of Lot 25, Block 1,
Esther Heighte Addition in the Hortheast one-quarter (HE1/4) of the
Hortheast one-quarter tNEl/4) of Section three (Sec. 3), ToMnship one
hundred nine North (T109H), Range fifty rest (R50W) of the fifth
principal meridian (Sth P. M. ), and the Board of City Commissioners of
said City having examined the proposed plat and it appearing that all
municipal taxes and epecial aseessments, if any, upon said plat and
survey, have been executed according to laM.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IS RESOLVED that said plat and survey by and
are hereby in all things accepted and approved.
