BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Dakota, Minnesota and Eastern Railroad, oMner of the
hereinafter described real property, has submitted to the governing
board a proposed plat of the folloMing described resl estate situated
in the City of Brookings in the State of South Dakota to Mit: Lot 2A
of Second Railroad Addition to the City of Brookings, Brookings
County, South Dakota, and the Board of City Commissioners of esid City
having examined the proposed plat and it appearing that all municipal
taxes and special assesements, if any, upon said plat and survey, have
been executed according to law.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IS RESOLVED that said plat and survey by and
are hereby in all things accepted and approved.
Passed and approved this ilth day of October, 1994.
