DECLARING SURPLUS PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the City of Brookings is the oMner of the folloKing
described property:
Approximately 45 24' I-Beams
WHEREAS, this property is no longer n�cessary or useful for City
purposea, and it ie the deaire of the City of Brookings to sell seme
as surplus property;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the governing body of the City
of Brookinge, South Dakota, that thie property be declared surplue
property according to SDCL Chapter 6-13.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the folloMing named peraone are
hereby appointed as appraisere of the hereinbefore described prop�rty,
said persone being freehold�rs Mithin the Municipality to Nit:
