BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
MIHEREAS, Paul E. Moriarty, oMner of I.ot 7, Block 1, Moriarty
Second Addition has submitted to the governing board an application
for a Conditional Use Permit for a mobile home/manufactured housing
park.
WHEREAS, there vere no conditions stipulated a� being part of the
Conditional Use Permit application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said conditional use Permit
is hereb a roved.
