BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, First National Bank, oMnere of Lote 1-B and 1-C, Block
1, Maylend's First Addition have submitted to the governing board an
application for a Conditional Use Permit for a day care facility.
WHEREAS, there Mere no conditions stipulated as being part of the
Conditional Use Permit application.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said conditional use Permit
is hereby approved.
Passed and approved this 13th day of September, 1994.
