AUTHORIZIHG MAYOR TO SIGN A UTILITY EASEMEHT FOR NORTHWESTERN
PUBLIC SERVICE COMPAHY
WHEREAS, NorthMestern Public Service Company has requested an
essement to run a natural gas pipeline from Division Avenue to Western
Avenue along the south edge of the Brookinga Municipal Airport
AND, WHEREAS, the request rill result in better service to the
public and leas disruption during conatruction
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Hosrd of City Commiseionere
of the City of Brookings that such eesement be granted and that the
Mayor be suthorized to aign the Grant of Essement.
