RESOLUTION HO. 90-94
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF' BROOKIHGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, the City of Brookinga, South Dakota and Charles Gregory
Foster, oMnere of the hereinafter described property has submitted to
the governing board a proposed plat of the folloMing described real
estate eituated in the City of Brookings in the State of South Dakota
to Mit: Lots 1 and 2 of Block 1 and Blocks 2, 3 and 4 all in RainboM
Addition to the City of Brookings, Brookings County, South Dakota, and
the Board of City Commissioners of said City having examined the
proposed plat and it appearing that all municipal taxee and special
aseesements, if any, upon said plat and eurvey, have been executed
according to laa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that seid plat and survey by and
are hereby in all things accepted and approved.
