A RESOLUTION EXTEHDIHG THE TIME FOR REVIEW BY THE CITY OF FCC
FORMS 1200 AHD 1205 SUBMITTED BY BROOKINGS CABLEVISION.
WHEREAS, BROOKIHGS CABLEVISION hae filed Mith the City FCC forms
1200 and 1205, ahich are, respectively, the cable operator's Form for
setting maximum initial permitted rates for regulated cable services
pursuant to rules adopted February 22, 1994 and Form for determining
regulated equipment and installation coste, and
WHEREAS, the laM provides that a franchieing suthority may extend
the thirty (30) day time period for revieM of esid Forms 1200 and
1205, and
WHEREAS, the City requires ninety (90) additional daya to revieM
said Forms 1200 and 1205, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Brookings
that the time for review of F'CC Forms 1200 and 1205 is hereby extended
by an additional ninety (90) deys.
