BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF BROOKINGS, SOUTH DAKOTA:
WHEREAS, Lawrence J. Lieffort, Buell G. Maberry and Richard R.
Anderson, oanere of the hereinafter described real property have
submitted to the governing board a proposed plat of the follorring real
estate located near the City of Brookings, in the County of Brookinge,
in the State of South Dakota to Mit: Plat of Lots 1, 2, 3, 12 and 14 of
Meyer's Second Addition to the County of Brookinge, South Dakota,
located in the SW1/4 NW1/4 of Section 11, T109H, R50W of the Sth P. M. ,
Brookinge County, south Dakota, and the Board of City Commiseioners of
said City having examined the proposed plat and it appearing that all
municipal taxes and Special Aesessments, if any, upon sald plat and
survey have been executed according to laa.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that said plat and survey be and
are in all things accepted and approved.
Passed and approved this 19th day of July, 1994.
